In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new weapon to the game in the form of the makeshift nailgun. This weapon shoots railway spikes which function silently without the need for a suppressor. It also comes with unique magazine and barrel attachments that allow it to do bleed, poison, or even a combination of effects
