In this mod review I cover a mod that adds a new settlement location to Fallout 4. This is the Prospect Hill Diner which is located in the heart of Cambridge. This settlement not only covers the diner but the surrounding park area as well. Pretty much everything in this settlement is scrapable giving you a large area to make whatever you would like. Also, with this mod the diner is repairable and has working shutters with a custom animation and sound. Overall, it's a solid settlement in a great location and if you are looking for a new base for your character this might be the mod for you.
