In this mod review I cover a mod that transforms a vanilla location turning into a very nice settlement. This is the Serenity Settlement which is on the northern part of the map near lake Quannapowitt. This mod takes the surrounding location and enhances it by adding a house nearby, as well actually changing the landscape by adding scenic waterfalls. This mod also cleans all the water in the lake, and it doesn't just make the water have no rads but it literally makes the water have a clean texture. This mod also has a huge settlement area allowing you to have a huge amount of space to build whatever you would like there. It's a really nice settlement with a great vibe and a lot of cool additions from the vanilla location. If you are looking for a new base to call home this just might be the mod for you.
