In this mod review I cover a mod that transforms Fallout 4's wasteland into a place where nature has reclaimed its dominance. Atom's Oasis introduces a sprawling, overgrown forest that blankets cities and natural areas alike. Towering trees, dense vines, and foliage create an atmospheric, immersive experience, challenging your survival skills and altering the way you navigate familiar locations. The density of the vegetation makes it difficult to navigate or even have a clue where you are at in the map as this mod is very transformative. Unfortunately, there is also a heavy performance cost especially in the downtown Boston area. There are also bugs where trees don't actually connect to the ground and there are visible seams. This mod has a very cool concept but it's hard to recommend when it makes the game run so poorly.
