In this Fallout 4 mod performance video I set Fallout 4 to ultra settings and install the Enhanced Wasteland mod.
The Fallout 4 Enhanced Wasteland mod makes use of the SweetFX shader to add some extra vibrancy to the gloomy post apocalyptic landscapes of Fallout 4.
This analysis shows how the mod looks and what sort of performance impact you can expect when you install and run the Enhanced Wastelands mod.
Look for the Fallout 4 frame per second rate counter in the corner of the screens.
The PC benchmark was performed on a MSI GTX 980 ti Gaming 6G | Intel i7-5820K | 16GB

Fallout 4 is a well optimized PC game and so long as you turn off a few settings like Godrays, you can get a very quick performance increase.
