Here's the sixth installment of the settlement series! I was feeling creative and decided to try out a new format for this one. I really liked how it went and it was much easier and faster to produce than the montages have been. I can't wait to here your opinion! Do you like this new style of coverage for our improvements/additions to Sanctuary or do you wanna see every step laid out for you?

This is the Game of the Year Edition and we will be doing as much of the DLC as possible. My gameplay is unmodded with the exception of a few stability improving mods. Those are:
Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch v2.1.6d
Previsibines Repair Pack v0.53
River Fix v1.1
LoadAccelerator v1.8
AND The Fallout 4 "Next Gen" Patch

The extremely copyrighted radio music has been removed because fun is illegal. If any other changes are made to the game throughout the series I'll announce them, but that's all for now.
