After saving Valentine and meeting Piper. It has become clear that Medusa has great potential and strives to be a great Hunter as she pursues Kellogg. As soon as she leaves Diamond City with Nick, Ellie calls them back in with an emergency message from an old associate, Mr Nakano. His daughter Kasumi has fled north to Far Harbor, in search of a Synth Sanctuary, where she believes she might belong.

Medusa, meets Nicks brother DiMA and confesses she believes she's a Synth. To her own relief. Now she works to help the people of Far Harbor, at the request of DiMA. The wilds of Far Harbor are tough to tame but progress has been made as well as getting on the good side of the Children of Atom.

With disaster averted after retrieving DiMAs memories; Medusa still has a long way to travel. It's time to secure Far Harbor, brick by brick. Bone by bone.
