Here is an epic mod by shavkacagarikia called the Blink Grenades (Teleportation).

As the name suggests, when you throw the grenade, you will teleport wherever it lands. Pretty damn awesome if you ask me.
You can use it to travel to unreachable heights, move around fast on the battlefield, travel faster in the wasteland, and even use it to help you sneak around or get out of tough situations.

This video is me showcasing the blink grenades in various situations, and also showing you where to find the blueprints so you can make them yourself!
