This is a settlement build tour at Tenpines Bluff from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere).

This is a Minuteman protected farming and trading settlement. Due to its location and small population the settlement is mainly focused on farming but has attracted a general trader and weapons vendor in addition to regular visits from Lucas Miller’s travelling armour caravan.

The ruined house has been repaired and expanded with a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, with living quarters on the first floor along with a patio area which overlooks the settlement. The existing shack has been converted into a toilet block and expanded to feature a power armour workshop, with additional living quarters on the first floor.

I have never attempted a serious build here before, having previously always unlocked and then forgetting this settlement. Really enjoyed working in the settlements small build area and overall very happy with how this turned out 😁
