During the mission Ticonderoga Safehouse, instead of the elevator just stopping, it completely vanished!
Where the elevator was, is not a glitchy hole in the level.
Running Fallout 4 version 1.7.12 PC, with all currently available DLC packs.

After revisiting the level to pick up some items I had to leave behind, the elevator doors covered up the hole again.
