Fallout 4 v2 Part 45 - Post-game encore
0I wasn't planning on getting back into it until next week- a vacation from the vacation if you will. The crew is all corpsing/busy/etc. and I'm bored, having just finished the anime I planned to spend the day watching, so here we go. I won't be doing an absurd amount of post-game content like last time, in terms of filiming settlement building and rambling about nonsense, 'course I don't commentate anymore anyway because I just don't feel like it. My plans, other than the expansion packs of course, are taking the serum to Vergil, seeing what the Brotherhood and the Railroad have to say, and probably off-camera build up Vault 88 into something resembling an actual vault. That's probably a session or two worth of content, depending on how late I go tonight with this very late start. Funny, around 8PM was usually when I started back in the day.
Turns out, Railroad is grateful but wants nothing to do with me, Vergil is human but hates me, and the Brotherhood of Steel had maybe 3 quests for me before becoming just another radiant quest dumper. I guess I should have decided early on (or just not gotten the urge to jump into the finale) if I wanted to go BOS or Railroad, because both they and Minutemen all lock you out of further progression once you choose a side for the Institutionalized mission. It's to be expected, but I didn't expect them to just sit around (unless you make full-on enemies with a faction, then you get another quest to kill them off) doing nothing and for Paladin Danse's companion quests to be tied to the main quest choice. Makes me wonder if Deacon is the same way for the Railroad. I should still have a save should I want to separately go back. For now, coming up next is Far Harbor.
