Fallout 4 v2 Part 43
0Ok, this time there should be more focus on doing quests. I want to at least get some of these factions as far as possible before you get to the point where you have to choose between them.
I really wish gear progression either proceeded slower or had more steps. The poverty era: leather and raider armor, trash like cage/spike armor and drifter outfits are viable, pipe weapons, base hunting rifles, double barrels, and 10mms, it lasts so little time and you get to the point where the only way objectively up is to get a legendary two-shot version of some weapon you've bene using and you're either in top of the line armor or intentionaly gimping yourself with something weaker. Six levels of armor quality with all but raider power armor, and there's no reason to ever use anything but the top of the line unless you're just not speccing into armorer. You have to really work your way to the top for everything but gear, and that's the biggest gripe with the game.
