The H&K MP7 from the mod "Modern Firearms" is a powerful pistol platform that is balanced well with the Vanilla Fallout weapons. The H&K MP7 chambers unique ammo types that are not present in the base game, which make acquiring this ammo tricky.

Using the Vendor the mod offers by exchanging pre-war money for ammo is recommended to keep this weapon going, as even Scrounger rank 4 will only yield less than 10 rounds (Must be using the same leveled list drop chance for missiles or shotgun shells?).

That aside, this is a solid weapon and is a worthy replacement for your sidearm.
