Project Dementia is a commonwealth retexture project. This project overall tones down the wasteland, using darker color tones to fit a darker aesthetic, being that of scorched earth or for horror fanatics. This mod originally started out designed to work with Vulkan Landscape Overhaul, however, since the need for Vulkan was removed completely. This comes with it's own landscape textures as well now.
