4Fixed the problems with my mods. Turns out I had hit a setting during installation of Better Locational Damage that turned off the VATS slowdown. Whoops. Also, my mods were all being installed to the same hard drive that I was recording to (which is a huuuuge no no). All is fixed now, so we're off to ransack Sanctuary!
