YOLO Rad Run Rules: Permanent Radstorm, no hazmat suit, no Rad-X, No healing of any kind, no companions, no guaranteed legendary weapons, no scrapping of player built items, no glitch exploits.

After a couple successful Yolo runs I was looking for a run that was technically doable, but would mean almost certain death for my usual slow and steady style of play. This is where the rad run comes in, which will force me through the game much faster than I have ever gone before. This first part might end it all before I have a chance to begin, as I try to put together a character that can survive in a permanent radstorm without rad-x or a hazmat suit.
