3Tracking Down a Wanted Player.
You never really know how this is going to play out.
Could of been something simple like an accidental lockpicking (often from running the "Master Infiltrator" Legendary Perk Card.
Could be someone looking for a little PVP.
Could even be a trap with someone using either a hack/exploit or a really Tanky build, likely in combo with some magazine and/or food that allows them to take your strikes and then counter attack and kill you back.
Level of the wanted perp is not always an indicator as to how hard of a bounty they may be.
it is possible they could be packing a low level Legacy Laser or something similar.
Point is Bounty Hunting is "Like a box of chocolates; you never know what your going to get.", to quote Forest Gump.
This is why I always go after a bounty.
When your an endgame player and have done all the quests and events multiple times it is one of the few surprises this game has left for you.
