0UPDATE: They removed this hidden feature in a patch so RIP.
This isn't a bug it's a hidden feature, to do it just look in a direction that's visually busy so that the frame rate drops then spam a pocketed armor piece over and over until your carry weight drops into the negative. Don't go saying this is an exploit, because it's bloody-well not son, it's what Todd would have wanted us to do.
