To get the House Always Wins Trophy / Achievement.

First you need to complete missions Atlantic City or The Pitt missions to get stamps.
Once you have 70 or more stamps, go to the Whitespring Refuge.
Talk to Giuseppe and purchase the Atlantic City Dice Table Plans.
Read the plans then go to your base.
Make sure you are outside.
I think you just need to make one table, then place it and store it 5 times.
The trophy / achievement will pop.
