Fallout 76 PTS Major Changes
0Unedited raw gameplay with a little commentary as I was playing.
So far I like being able to start a character at level 20, but some of their perk choices are terrible.
I also noticed that power armor pieces now start at a lower level. I came across a PA frame with level 10 T-45 armor pieces on it.
