Fallout 76 Ultimate melee build ingame video with explanation (read description please)
7I've looked for too long to find a melee build video and couldnt find a decent one. instead i crafted my own...

How to level up faster:
Super mutants are easy to kill and gives too much experience. on 4th of december they will lower exp gained but it is still best. you dont even need glitches...
bugs that you can live (Supersledge is bugged in pvp, use normal sledge)
perks:
Bloody Mess perk is cumulative to other perks so increases damage more then any other perks, tenderizer and martial artist is also cumulative so they are a must... field surgeon, first aid and serendipity will save you in pvp fights. After kill perks are useless cause fighting in pvp or against a super strong mob(like scorchedbeast queen) you dont need them. Mysterious stranger is level 10 so dont bother with him except for fun. as your action point refresh is so high because of rejuvenated, action boy, lone wanderer and well tuned; you dont need grim reapers sprint. starched genes keeps your mutations safe against accident use of radaways but instead you can use better criticals. I keep intelligence 4 (may be a mistake but i dont care) to use 4 level make shift warrior. 4 level is enough for me to upgrade my supersledge and i can still use 3 level first aid and 1 level whatever i need. while fighting against crowded opponent you can use adrenaline(extreme cumulative damage buff). As it is cumulative you'll reach more then 500 damage like mininuke... while fighting against single opponents like bosses or pvp you can use sneak and ninja instead. In PvP sneak works so nice so when you kill somebody and he wants vengence, you can sneak and corner him. then hit him with an incredible 3x crit strike for 1 shot... DODGY IS TOTAL WASTE because it burns your action point like hell and action point is all you have to deal any situation.
Armor
X-01 power armor is the best so far. to keep it clean and shiny you can spend some points on repairing cheaper. kinetic servos are nice to spend less action point when sprinting and overdriven servos are nice to increase speed. Speed is so important as it icreases your charge damage. You can 1 hit to players with low hp or if they dont use damage reduce perks by charging them. Speedy Demon is so nice while charging and engaging your ranged opponent. Medic Pump is so important like jetpack upgrade. as you need both of them you can carry extra torso and hotkey them for easy swap. while attacking you cant use stimpack, two handed weapons are so slow so you will be so late to finish attack and use stimpack. Medic pump will save your life and you can do more damage against your opponent.
Strategy:
While engaging your ranged opponent you can use stealth boy. it's important to check your food and thirst level. always have %10 melee damage and strength buffs on by foods. chems are nice but duration is so low, so use them wisely. With this build you wont need chems much but some opponents are so nice so sometimes you need to use them (especially melee characters like you)
how to supply yourself
You can go and capture workshops for parts and fusion cores to us power armor constantly. Remember to build water purifiers in your base (not more then 3 beacuse of bugs...)
Mutations are so important. Twisted muscles gives you %25 damage and speedy demon is so nice because when you are sprint and charge something in vats it will be automatic critical hit. jumping is also works like special move. you can stay stationary and do heavy attacks to increase damage. DONT USE SERUMS cause they are buggy and you need to open a ticket to fix your character and your caps will be wasted.
