This is another Fallout Characters video. In this character video, I talk about the character known as Fawkes. Fawkes can be found in Fallout 3. He is a super mutant stuck inside of an isolation room inside of his residency of Vault 87. He is a highly intelligent super mutant compared to the many other super mutants in the capitol wasteland and in general. He has gained extensive knowledge from studying numerous subjects. The terminal also kept him from going insane. He is one of the better companions in my opinion. Yet, one thing you must still remember is that war... War never changes.
