Alice's first task is easy enough.
After delivering the invoice, return to her to be given three new tasks.

To get rid of James, find him in the Atomic Wrangler and bribe or speech check him....or kill him.
To get the Gun Runners schematics, you need at least 50 lockpick and maybe a stealthboy. The schematics are on a terminal straight down the hallway in their building, through double doors, and to your right.
To get Cass to give up her caravans, barter or speech check her, or kill her if you don't mind losing a companion.

Recruit Cass after she surrenders her brand name so that you won't have to make a big detour when you get in the mood to fight alongside her or send her to the Lucky 38.
