Guess Who I Saw Today is the primary quest in Jacobstown and gets you Lily the Nightkin as a companion.

Dr. Henry instructs that he needs the source of a Nightstalker mutation to be tracked down.
He suggest going with Lily, which makes her recruitable. Lily is outside near Brahmin.

When exiting Jacobstown, the quest Unfriendly Persuasion may trigger as Marcus rushes to you. Marcus needs help getting rid or mercenaries.

You can kill them (gaining NCR infamy),
or use speech skill 65,
or use high NCR reputation,
or ask if they'll take a bride and either pay them yourself or ask Marcus for the cash.

Back to Guess Who I Saw, loop around the outer north side of Jacobstown to reach Charleston cave.

The cave is rather linear and contains camouflaged Nightstalkers. When you hit a flooded area, watch out for a bear trap and look to the north for a hard locked door containing a post-war audio log and some ammo.

Follow the quest marker down deeper into the cave until you find a Nightkin corpse. Next to the body pickup the unique super sledge Oh Baby!.
Now loot the body of its damaged stealth boy and report back to Dr. Henry.

When you report to the Doc, he'll ask you to fetch Lily for an experiment. During the procedure, Lily leaves and Keene barges in.

You can use 80 speech to talk him down or give him the stealthboy. You can also refuse making him go hostile and dooming the futures of all Nightkin.

Afterward. just finish talking to Dr. Henry to get the quest marked complete.
