LOOT: Find Ignacio's office approximately above where you meet him. In his room, steal the terminal password if you need it, but grab the D.C Journal of Medicine in the same room.

When ready to fix up the plant, exit through the door closest to Ignacio and Fantastic.

You need to reset the two reflector terminals' connection to the mainframe of the facility. The west is surrounded with traps, so tread lightly. The east one is guarded by, well, guard dogs. The dogs are always hostile unless you have the Animal Friend perk. Be careful about killing the dogs, Their deaths might piss off near by soldiers if you're a bit too open of a fighter.

When the reflector control systems are linked, follow your quest marker to the mainframe path of the factory.

Shoot your way through turrets and robots until you reach the elevator to the mainframe. Attached to the room should be an average locked door. Through it, you can find old employee corpses and steal their IDs if you lack scrap metal and 35 repair or 45 science.

You can also reach the IDs by circling around to a door you might have missed earlier.

When ready, take the elevator to the Helios mainframe.
