This is another Fallout Perk video on my Fallout Freak channel. In this perk video, I talk a little about the perk known as Cap Collector. The Cap Collector perk can be found under the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. of Charisma in Fallout 4. This perk is great to use if you buy and sell things to vendors. This perk is also useful for bartering around the wasteland. If you are a high rank, you can also build a certain structure in settlements that can give you a bonus 500 caps. These caps are dispersed between everyone in the settlement. One thing that must never be dispersed is the fact that war... War never changes.
