This is another Fallout Perk video. In this perk video, I talk about the perk known as V.A.N.S. This perk can be found under Intelligence of S.P.E.C.I.A.L. There are two different ranks to this perk. The second rank I believe can only be found in the Nuka-World add-on. V.A.N.S. allows you to follow a path to the nearest playable quest. V.A.N.S. can also be useful when you are having difficulty finding the exit of certain buildings. In the perk logo, it looks like the vault boy is driving away in a cherry-red van. One thing you must never drive away from is the fact that war... War never changes.
