This video will show you how to change Fallout 4's .ini files to correct three things: X vs Y Axis Mouse Sensitivity, Mouse Acceleration, and Field of View.

Instructions:
X and Y Sensitivity
Go to: Documents\My Games\Fallout4
Open Fallout4.ini
Under [Controls] section, look for (cntrl F): fMouseHeadingXScale
Change the second line (Yscale),
fMouseHeadingXScale=.021
fMouseHeadingYScale=.03733


Mouse acceleration
Go to: Documents\My Games\Fallout4
Open both Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini
Under [Controls] section of both files, add this line:
bMouseAcceleration=0


FOV Change
Go to: Documents\My Games\Fallout4
Open both Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini
Under [Display] section of both files, add the following lines:
fDefaultWorldFOV=90
fDefault1stPersonFOV=90

Go to FO4 main directory: Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout4
Open Falloutprefs.ini
Under [Display] section, add the following lines:
fDefaultWorldFOV=90
fDefault1stPersonFOV=90
