I couldn't see a way to add the lyrics in a way that didn't sound bad unfortunately. The first part of the song actually repeats 8 times but without the lyrics it's just extremely redundant. Rock Lobster was featured in "The Cleveland--Loretta Quagmire" (season 4, episode 5, 55th episode overall) on Family Guy as Peter Griffin comforts his good friend Cleveland by playing him a song after Quagmire sleeps with his wife.
