Important information needed to understand the video:
If your rings reach 0 on any stage, you don't lose a life (you can't in this game), it's game over. Also making matters worse, super sonic drains rings much faster than in the real game, but there are extra boxes that have rings in them around the stages. The move that's added to this game that you hear me spamming constantly is called "Speed Break: move like in Sonic and the Secret Rings, accessed by holding A as Sonic. Drains your Rings quickly", as quoted from the site where it was released.
