Simply, use FL Studio, cut down & move the notes to the channels you want to put in Famitracker, make sure you have a note at the very beginning of each channel in the Midi, then export the midi. Make sure you have Famitracker 0.4.2 (the last version that has midi importing).
Make your god damn instruments, add your cuts & special effects, do a little adjustment here & there...... then you're done!!!
