Capcom... doesn't present? We discuss the recent cease and desist order given to a fan-made remake of the discontinued, Japanese exclusive mobile title, Rockman EXE Phantom of Network and why it may not necessarily be a case of Capcom "pulling a Nintendo". In the second half, we take a deep dive into the ongoing fight for everlasting preservation - many of the efforts these days being led by Protodude of Rockman Corner. However as we covered previously, there is a group of Rockman fans that believe that rare documents, video games, and more should not be made available to everyone and have been actively trying to stop Protodude and team's efforts at every opportunity. Why exactly are these individuals doing this, and what is the ideology behind it? It's time we finally have a real talk about it!
