Released in 2008, Far Cry 2 is a first-person shooter developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The game's open-world environment is set in a fictional country in Africa, in which a civil war is going on, with the player's character a mercenary out to assassinate a weapons dealer who profits from the conflict.
