This is one of the many gun vendor missions you can do in "Far Cry 2". You always have to explode a certain truck that drives around in a certain way. They circle around an area all the time.
If you manage to destroy the truck you get a nice new batch of weapons.

These missions aren't really that exciting, since they are always the same way.
I manage to take them out cleanly from the distance with the weird bolt-action sniper rifle "Far Cry 2" has. A grenade does the rest.
