The Keeping Busy mission continues the story mission line where Liza is taken back to the cave to join Daisy, the latter of whom has a plan to repair a boat that will help Jason and the gang escape Rook Island.

The Social Club is an optional side quest which is basically just a flashback which fills in what the gang was up to just before they got captured by Vaas.

This is part 34 of my Far Cry 3 walkthrough on Master Difficulty.
