This small tweak may help remove lag and stuttering from Far Cry 4, it worked for me, I hope it works for you to.

Step 1: Open my documents
Step 2: Open my games folder
Step 3: Open the Far Cry 4 folder
Step 4:Click on the gameprofile HXML file and right click and select pen with note pad
Step 5: fined the setting named DisableLoadingMip0="0" and change it to look like this DisableLoadingMip0="1"
Step 6: fined the setting named GPUMaxBufferedFrames="0"
and change it to look like this GPUMaxBufferedFrames="1"
