Far Cry 5 - All Prepper Stash Locations. Perk Point Farming! Offering 3 Perks Each!
6I'm back to Hope County with Far Cry 5, playing on the PS5, better loading and making use of the latest performance and graphic update. I'd love to have a separate trophy list for the PS5, with the New Game + its just another excuse to do another full run for a plat! But none the less, still a great game to run though with the latest console and the SSD. What a difference it makes!
I've combined all the Prepper Stashes together, this is what I'm doing right now just for the sake of maxing everything, it takes a lot of perks, 50 each for the roster characters and a few 50s for weapons etc. There are additional locations where you can find a single perk point magazine but I'm not entirely sure where every one is. These locations are easy enough to get to fast and gift 3 perks each, you can start a New Game + as soon as you like so you can collect all perk mags, then restart and collect again, you just need to unlock the New Game + by completing the game once, then go through the beginning of the story. Which can be quick enough. You get around 81 perks this way, but there are more possible if you can find the single mags.
I've missed the first stash out (Sunken Funds) because its part of the tutorial and has no perk mags, it has some cash though, if you are struggling to find the key, its inside the boathouse, go around the water, and dive under the boat entrance to get inside, the key is hanging by the door.
Unlock the Air Drop fast travel perk for much easier travelling in map fog.
Most of these locations can be sped up by air dropping to the end location, only a few require more steps. Most locations can be air dropped from the last location, only a couple need further travelling, you can try to find another location mid way to do another air drop to the final location if you want to really speed things up.

I’ve done Jess Black and Boomer first because Jess is a great stealth and clean hunter partner (you get more skins for clean kills so more money), and Boomer marks everything, easy to miss goodies and enemies, cultists as well as animals, both predator and prey. Great duo to hunt with to make serious cash.

Outfit used is Aya (Special Outfit).
Gun used is the Taser Spazer Annihilazer (it comes with the DLC pack), I use it while perk farming to save money, no need to purchase ammo, it has a short life and needs a short recharge but you can use that to your advantage, just be careful not to waste charge and you can use it to take down anything, its fast at taking enemies down, but note, you will NOT get skins from animals and regular cultists also disintegrate so no looting from them either. Its entirely for speed.
Also if you want speed, try to avoid cultists altogether, you can get away with clearing the stash locations, but as soon as you start taking out shrines, VIPs and vehicles you risk getting captured which can cost you time and you may need to re-equip weapons at a store.
