There are so many mistakes and deaths in this run.
Played on g_maxfps 60 to nerf enemies a bit.

Skips and strats:

2:09 - TRAINING - My buggy got shot too much and I had to swap vehicles. On realistic it is better to get 4WD because you can abuse the rocket launcher.

3:46 - CARRIER - A jump through the catwalk that saves 5 seconds by not going around.
3:53 - Skipping going around the whole deck by crawling on the ledge.

5:13 - FORT - It's very important to pick up grenades from dead guys here. Driving the buggy up the mountain skips a lot of the level, making it just over a minute long.

6:00 - PIER - Hanggliding up and down allows you to maintain your height.
7:00 - I have to stop there to take out the snipers in the camp's guard towers. They ALWAYS kill you if you just hangglide into the camp. But first I kill the guys on the ground so they don't call a helicopter.
8:02 - It is very essential to blow the guys in the buggy up so they don't attract attention of an invincible helicopter designed to prevent you from finishing the level without doing the objective of blowing up the armory.
8:17 - Going through the bushes to not get spotted. I also reload the checkpoint so my alert meter drops to 0.
8:35 - A quick detour to pick up a rocket launcher for the level Control.

9:49 - RESEARCH - Going around and through the bushes to avoid being spotted. Going over the hill is faster than going through the cave by around 30 seconds.

13:40 - TREEHOUSE - By properly adjusting the car against the gate you can exit onto the wall, thus skipping going to get the bomb to blow it up.

14:05 - BUNKER - By grenade jumping onto the elevator it pushes you outside of the map and then you strafe W to NW into the void water and then keep going NW.

14:55 - STEAM - Baiting the patrol boat guys to give us their boat.
15:35 - Shooting that rock to kill a sniper ( I missed).
16:00 - Driving over the hill skips a lot of the level. After that I take a detour for armor and sniper ammo. That armor is essential to be able to do Control skip and the sniper ammo I use in Archive.
16:36 - Carefully shooting everyone so they don't harm me.

17:34 - REGULATOR - It is absolutely essential that I don't take any armor damage in this level.
19:03 - Climbing over the hill skips the whole inside part of the level.

19:42 - CONTROL - I rocket jump out of the map and walk on top of the level. There is a lot of tricky platforming. This saves around 2 minutes, probably a lot more on realistic. By the end of the level I kill some trigens for safety.

21:40 - REBELLION - Take the grenades and fly over the whole level.

25:39 - ARCHIVE - Clipping out of the elevator onto the hill. Very tricky skip that saves about 30 sec on easy, probably a lot more on realistic since you skip a big room of aimbotters. Right after the skip, I put the sniper to use. You also need to hit headshots to kill these guys. Really crappy level.

29:15 - COOLER - I have to keep the armor that I pick up from the 3 guys. That's why I throw a nade to move that box that the rocket trigen normally always hits and splash damages me when I am getting out of that room.
29:40 - Shooting from a position where I can't take damage.
30:13 - Pushing the barrel underneath the ventilation shaft to rocket grenade jump into it.
30:57 - Since I am left with almost 0 health I can't just drop down out of the ventilation because I would take fall damage. So I have to allign a fall damage cancellation strat properly.

33:35 - BOAT - Stealing the patrol boat.
34:31 - By driving into a specific area and shooting rockets at a specific spot on the hill, you can deal enough splash damage to Crowe's helicopter to "kill" him. Once you trigger Doyle's boat by killing Crowe, get underwater and cross the out of bounds barrier of the level. That will trigger an attack helicopter designed to kill you, but since you're underwater, he won't be able to. That heli then triggers the end. Probably the most convoluted skip in the game.

37:00 - CATACOMBS - Taking the OICW for a strat in River.
37:23 - Using a flashbang to not get killed. After that, I grab a savepoint and do a skip and walk on top of the catacombs. This helps avoid a lot of enemies.

38:53 - RIVER - Drop down on the right side so I take the least fall damage.
39:07 - Shooting an OICW grenade in front of the guys at the first outpost to egt their attention and then throwing rocks so I can steal their boat.
39:37 - Drop M4 to free weapon slot 1 and then reload next checkpoint while in the boat to have that gun for the last fight.
40:48 - Interesting new route to avoid a lot of enemies.

43:40 - SWAMP - Shit level. I push Val into a "forbidden area" and then she can't move, resulting in her warping into the vehicle.
51:55 - Same thing.

53:26 - FACTORY - Skips the whole level.

58:24 - VOLCANO - Shoot Krieger in the balls to kill him quickly.
58:49 - Hard out of bounds strat. Then shoot a precise rocket and kill Doyle with splash damage.
