Kazuya Bai has been part of the automative world since his birth at Osaka, February 5th, 1974. His Father owned an auto-paints shop and for as long as he can remember he has been interested in cars. at the age of 15,cKazuya left the rush of drifting for the first time in his older "Brother" Toyota AE86 and was forever changed. The car was totaled while drifting, leave Kazuya with severe damage to his chest and several gashes to his head. Despite this, he started drifting at the age of 16 and has been competing in events ever since.In 2002,Kazu become a champion in the Kansai region of the Ikaten, and came in 2nd place in All-Japan.
