Fast Leveling at the Peninsula of Power - A Wild Glitch Appears! #shorts
2,758In Final Fantasy for the Nintendo Entertainment System, there's an area early on in the game where you can fight high level enemies way before you're supposed to.
The area is called the Peninsula of Power (the name was coined by Nintendo Power Magazine) and it lies just to the northeast of the town of Pravoka. Due to an enemy zoning error in the game's programming, you can fight enemies that exist in the Lefein area. Usually, you won't encounter these monsters until you're around level 20 or so, but because of this zoning error, you can fight them even before you get your Ship.
I recommend bringing some TENTs and at least one magic user who knows FIR2 since many of the monsters here (such as frost wolves, frost giants, and ZomBulls) are weak to fire. Black mages are really handy for the Peninsula of Power.
