Fast Or Slow, Doesn't Matter To Gardevoir! - Standard - PTCG Live -
I didn't have the best of opponents this episode but I think I showed off what the Gardevoir Deck is supposed to do. (Maybe I'll showcase this deck again sometime in the future against some more Meta decks). With the first game, the Mirage Step Kirlia that ramps up the other Kirlia cards was prized so I had to play it slower like how the deck was originally played (before Tord showed us the way lol). Then in the 2nd game, I was able to use the Mirage Step Kirlia engine as intended now.
Ideally, you want to go first, then evolve into Mirage Step Kirlia on the 2nd turn, use it's attack so you get 3 other Kirlia cards on the bench. Then you are good to go with the draw engine.
Overall, I would highly recommend the deck. In my opinion, it's one of the top 3 decks for Standard for now (other 2 being Giratina VSTAR, and Charizard ex). One complaint I have about the deck is that the games seem to take a while to go through. If you got the time, its a solid deck. Sometimes it struggles if the opponent pops off in the first turn or 2.
