There are 4 Portals in the new Call of Duty Zombies Map "Attack of the Radioactive Thing" that let you fast travel / teleport across the map.

Before you can interact with the fast travel points you need to turn the power on. You need to pick up the lever that is sticking out of the sand on the beach and bring it to the power plant.

After the power is restored You can work on the fast travel / teleport locations. You can interact with them in any order but it is important that you activate all 4 of them. After that you can fast travel in a circle through the map. This makes traveling a lot easier and comes in very handy if you're going for the easter egg.
