After practicing this run for a hotfix on the GamesDoneQuick channel, "Speedruns from the Crypt", I decided to do some legitimate attempts. That led to one of the luckiest runs of my life. Getting record in this game doesn't just take a ton of skill, but also a ton of luck, and the ability to improvise on the hundreds of variants of ghost fights the game can throw at you.
