Reines has pretty good stats, with mid-high attack and nearly the highest HP of the SSR Riders. Her NP gain is truly ridiculous—2.56% Arts cards surpass most single-Arts decks, and Reines has Territory Creation on top of that. Her Quicks are less exciting, but they still aren’t bad (especially with Riding involved). Reines’s high hit-counts mean that with a star gen buff (such as from Lanling) she can make a fair number of stars as well. For passives, Reines has Magic Resistance for warding off debuffs, as well as the aforementioned Riding and Territory Creation.
