FAULTY Xbox One Elite Controller | Can I Fix It?

I've had this controller for quite a while now and the wear and tear has finally taken it's toll. The grips on the controller have worn away/come lose from the heat, as well as the "RB" Button falling off, literally.

I decided to buy the replacement parts to see if I can repair it to it's original state. I bought the controller originally for £150 and will look to sell it if I can get it working again.
