I was thinking leave the final videos for tomorrow since im kinda tired from work, but im so pissed off with this game, just cant wait any longer.

This game gives me contrary feelings, on the one hand I enjoyed a great part of the adventure but on the other it left me extremely disappointed. It wouldn't be fair to say that I didn't have fun with ENGAGE and I even consider it a decent FE, but on the other hand it left me with many gaps.

So lets review this particular FE

¿A FIRE EMBLEM FOR CASUALS?

As I have said in many posts, ENGAGE is a celebration of the FE saga, which seeks to attract a new audience, leaving that niche that it is a strategy game to determine an audience. As Nintendo said at the time, it is an FE for everyone and where everyone can take part. ENGAGE in particular reduces a lot of the mechanics that made the game complex, things such as weapon wear, classes, and combat are simplified. All these decisions only seek to make the game more accessible to the new audience, that's why I call it an FE for a casual audience
Whether this new philosophy was the right one for this installment is something I won't discuss, but it does leave a huge void for those of us who come from THREE HOUSES.

¿ENGAGE CHANGE FIRE EMBLEM?

Yes and No. The changes that ENGAGE brings are undoubtedly incredible and can be considered improvements to almost all systems. Which obviously goes beyond the change in graphics and animations, there are changes in combat systems, classes, exploration and other activities. It is undeniable that ENGAGE was an ambitious project and there was passion behind the project, but unfortunately they lacked more work in some sections.
Despite the things that I did not like, I do believe that ENGAGE manages to bring FIRE EMBLEM to the new generation, important things were achieved and I think that if they continue to work with the same or greater passion, we can be sure that the following FE will be great titles.

¿THIS IS THE BEST FE?
I WILL NEVER SAY THAT. ENGAGE brings a lot of good changes to the FIRE EMBLEM GAMES but have some many flaws that really make it a mediocre game. such as:
1. The story they present us here is basic and boring, beign honest this is probably one of the worst plot i ever see in a JRPG. This annoys me because on the one hand they did a good character development but on the other hand it is a harmless story without consequences. It reaches such a point that the logic of each event is evident and one already sees how the conflict will end.
The bad guys are not really bad even in the end i never understand why the fell dragon do all this crap except for the emblems, Zephia just want to get laid with Sombron, Griss is an emo who is in love with Zephia, Maurrnie just want to be praised and the knight desired to serve veyle until the end (YEAH PURE EVIL). THIS STORY IS PROBABLY THE WORST THING IN THE GAME
2. Unlike THREE HOUSES where you have to plan very well what you will do and when you have to farm to be prepared for the other fights. Here it doesn't really matter since you can farm until you drop, if you know what time the minimap resets.
3. This game has the worst class system i ever seen in a FE, there is not feeling of progreson in the game. Just pick one class and reset the level thats all.
4. The bond currency is useless there are not so many things to use the bond points, after leveling the bond level with the emblems, you start to avoid the bond farming. An the bond rings feels like a very poor gacha system .
5. There is no merit to the replayability of the game, there is no worthwhile NG+ or END GAME content. When you finish the game you can continue leveling up your units or use the RELAY TICKETS for rewards (NOT WORTH). THAT'S ALL. LET'S HOPE THE FINAL WAVES OF THE DLC GIVE US MORE CONTENT.

¿IS A BAD GAME?
NO. it's not all bad guys, the combat is very good and can give you hours of fun, in that ENGAGE does make things very interesting and even addictive. But as some reviewers tend to say, a game cannot be sustained with only one of its pillars, for me the story in these games is essential and seeing the revelations at the end of your journey is part of the fun.

Maybe one of the big motive why i played TH beyond 200 hrs is for the excellent story and hoe each choice matter in the resuts, but ENGAGE just end with a big dissapointment and their conclusion should THIS STORY SUCKS.

Finally, i recommed the game if you like strategy games and you like what do you see, but i strongly suggest lets wait first to see how theya re going to expand the end game with the other dlc. If you dont have any hurry wait for a deal or get THREE HOUSES XD. WHAT CAN I SAY GUYS? IM SERIOUSLY DISSAPOINTED OF THIS GAME
