FE3H [EP.34] 1/25 Best of the Best + Threw Nothing Away | No Commentary | Fire Emblem: Three Houses
This will be one of the more emotional months, given the previous events. You should Explore at least once to get something important in the Captain's Quarters (Jeralt's room).
The year is ending, and if you haven't recruited who you wanted to recruit, now is one of the best times to do so. If you haven't done any Paralogues yet, your time's running out to do them as they do have a deadline (Byleth's Paralogue actually must be finished by this month).
Battle: The Sealed Forest Snare
This is going to be a tricky battle, but thankfully the victory conditions are all about defeating the enemy commander.
You will be fighting Kronya and a variety of regular enemies who come with a monster. You can't make a straight beeline to Kronya however, as there is a large amount of forest tiles in front of her. The most efficient way is to take the right path and fight since there are fewer units. The enemies on the left will approach you (especially the monster), but you only need a few units to fend them off should they get too close.
Ultimately however you get to Kronya isn't too important, as long as you do get to her. She is powerful, but like every enemy a few Gambits, long range attacks and powerful Combat Arts should bring her down.
Once she's down, things change a bit.
You will then have to face off against Solon and a new wave of reinforcements. If you didn't take out all the units when fighting Kronya, they will still be alive when Solon appears. Your units, except for Byleth, will now be in the forest tiles while Byleth stands in the open field.
You now have to defeat Solon, though the objective is still to take down the enemy commander. Both paths to Solon will require you to fight a monster, but you can also slip past the monster and fight past a few units to make your way to Solon. Remember, the objective is just to defeat the enemy commander, not kill every unit. While enemies will move towards you, you just need to rush to Solon.
That being said, Solon is no cakewalk and he has powerful Dark magic. Watch the Combat Forecast carefully to see if your units will survive a confrontation with him. Gambits will help soften him down, but because he uses magic, ranged attacks may carry a bit more risk now. Throw your best offensive tactics against Solon and he should go down.
Here's a video walkthrough of the battle with the Black Eagle House and some recruits:
After that fight is over, you've finished the month! And it seems this will be the last month with you and your students.
