So here's the gist of the Final Challenge:

To acquire the Wishblade, you're supposed to first defeat the Champion on Floor 1 of Lagdou Ruins. To do this, you must fight in the arena with a Level 20 character, then he'll clear all enemies on the map then appear.

Accordingly, you MUST defeat him on the same run that you complete the final challenge (I assume he can be fought again if you restart Lagdou).

On Floor 10 of Lagdou Ruins, you must defeat each boss (not including the four Dragons or Formotiis) with a royal from that respective nation. Morva must be defeated with Myrrh.

It took me a dozen tries or so but I finally pulled it off. Unfortunately, I didn't get the reward. I'm not sure why. Is it possible you need to have completely all other secrets to unlock it? I have no idea. And I'm not replaying it. Still, I did pull it off.

My general strategy here is as follows:
Myrrh attacks Jehanna and takes her down to low HP with the blue dragonstone
Ismaire defeats Jehanna (a leveled Joshua would probably work as well, but Ismaire's personal skill is ridiculously strong, giving her a high crit rate)
Eirika immediately takes out Renais (I have only failed to have Eirika 1-round Renais once or twice at most, she needs to trigger either Astra or Aether, either way Renais dies in one round; Adept probably works as well, I just swapped Adept for Astra for fun)
Tana, Vanessa, and/or Syrene use Vidofnir to take a large chunk out of Grado's HP. When my Tana attacked, a Luna would bring Grado down to one HP.
Possibly another attack needs to be done to Grado without killing him. This is quite challenging.
Lyon takes out Grado. The easiest way I found to do this is give him a bunch of stat boosting items. I have them all on Eirika by default, but she's right nearby and Lyon can take them from her to maximize his attack. She also had Ekesachs which gave Lyon a huge boost in accuracy, making this more reliable.

Crimson Flash both southern dragons (Marisa as an Assassin with Lethality, Galeforce, Peerless Tactician, and a Fleetfoot Solution aka Boots; Peerless Tactician is the reward for clearing Floor 10 the first time, but you must have already completed it anyway to get Lyon so Lyon can defeat Grado)
Once this is done things are significantly easier. The hardest part is that if you leave a single enemy alive at the south, somebody is guaranteed to be dead at the start of Turn 2.

If any of the Pegasus Knights/Wyverns are still unused, one of them can fly northeast and take out the dragon. My preference is a Falcon Knight (in this case Syrene) so she can fly away after killing the dragon. You need Maltet of course, nothing else works here. If this option isn't available, just wait. Marisa can do it just as easily.

Marisa CANNOT be used to take out Rausten. She will trigger Lethality and she will double, so even with Miracle Rausten still dies to Marisa. This one I found quite difficult to make consistent. However, I gave L'arachel the skill that lets her use Dark Magic (for whatever reason L'arachel was missing a skill despite being max level; maybe I promoted her too soon?) and have her use Extinction for better accuracy. Fado is pretty decent at dealing damage without killing, too, though. His attacks are very inaccurate.

Frelia isn't that hard, but do be warned. She's actually a Bow Knight rather than a flier. I assumed she'd be a flyer, but she's not. I guess it makes sense, though, because she has to wield Bows and Lances. Vidofnir is just fine for taking her out, but I baited her with Fado wielding a strong bow, then finished her with Tana wielding Vidofnir.

Morva is shockingly hard. He's immune to dragon effectiveness in this encounter. Despite this, I still often had Eirika easily one-round him if she triggered Astra. Marisa is useless here, she can't deal any damage by default. If she triggers Lethality, then its a waste because Myrrh needs to deal the final blow. So I just buff up Myrrh with as much stuff as possible and only a single dragonstone, and try and weaken Morva as much as possible with everyone else.

The Daemon King is ONLY weak to a forged Sacred Twin. You're not defeating him otherwise. So no Ekesachs cheesing here. He also has Vantage+ so he's guaranteed to attack first, and he gets +1 damage per 4 points of damage he's low on HP. The only safe way I found to kill him is with Eirika.
