FEAC Stock/Flying Eagle to Merge with Skillz ๐ฑ! Skillz Stock Analysis! [Is FEAC Stock a Buy?]
FEAC Stock/Flying Eagle Stock and Skillz announced on September 2, 2020 their intentions to merge. In this video I would be discussing about the merger, and analyze Skillzโs business and FEAC stock.
There has been several private companies looking to go public through a reverse takeover of a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), and Skillz is no exception. On September 2, 2020, it was announced that Flying Eagle Acquisition Corp. and Skillz intends to merge resulting Skillz becoming a publicly traded company on the NYSE. In this video, Iโll be discussing about Skillz. I will first provide a brief introduction about the company, what they do, and how they earn income, then I will discuss about what I like about the company, their risks and valuation. I will then conclude on whether I own any shares of the business and if I do, what I am planning to do with it, and if I donโt, would I be buying any shares at itโs current price.
