So, after much experimentation and field research, I have finally pinpointed my favorite attachments for the MTZ 556. I wanted to share this montage with you so you can see for yourself just how versatile this build really is. I use this primary weapon paired with a small secondary pistol (P890 is a good choice), a stim for my Tactical, and a drill charge for my Lethal.
